| Review: | I do not recommend Mountain Ridge as a high school to go to, as a student there, there's a lot of drama that goes on and very poor teaching quality.
I also don't recommend going to this school if the parents want their child well-and properly educated. The staffs and teachers there absolutely (most of them) don't teach right or they don't explain it thoroughly for the students
I personally came after school and before school for help but couldn't understand what they were trying to tell me. and when i ask a lot of questions, the teachers seem to be in a pissy- mood and roll their eyes at me or they start yelling.
my opinions:
The class changing rules are very "stupid" because you couldn't change your class or teacher even if you could not understand what the teacher was talking about and you wanted a better experienced teacher, you still aren't allowed to changed.
And personally i think in the first place, the district or the school shouldn't hire unexperienced or very poor quality of teachers. and when i mean "experienced" i mean someone who actually knows what they're doing, and not just some teacher who taught 23 or 45 years |

| Review: | Mountian Ridge in Glendale, Arizona clearly do not care for their students. A student failing a class can not be removed into a simpler class, and continue to have credit for it unless they drop it completly without the credit. Numerous students are confessing to the use of drugs to their preers during class, but a teacher overhearing this takes no action. Why does this school have an extended time for class work when indeed it is notified that in the school's handbook states,"NO latework can be accepted."The school's ID cards are only put to use in a library in which a student cannot check out a book. Identification cards are not worn at all times. This leaves their campus susceptible to intuders. Their are not computer files on each pupils' ID in order display the number of books a student has upon his/her account. Instead the book numbers are written down manually on paper then put into the computer creating errors as to if a student actually turned their school book in or not. I love to get an education at my previous schools, but loathe attending Mountian Ridge. No one knows the true Character of a school; not the teachers, adminitration, parents nor the governing board but the students. They are the being who have to follow each rule created, and the purpose of why the school was made to educate. |
